Shipping

We offer USPS Ground Shipping at a flat rate of $10 for 2-5 day shipping. We currently ship only within the continental US. Once your order is shipped from our headquarters in Los Angeles California, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information.

Returns

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase of a genuine SOOO Good Cosmetics product, We accept refunds on new and unopened items, within 10 days after shipping your order. Original shipping charges will not be refundable. If you have received an item in error or damaged, we will pay return shipping costs. Not every case is the same. We review every return request and determine the best approach to maintain ease of use for all parties.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used products.
